Lebanon military judge charges 3 Syrians with belonging to ISIS

BEIRUT: Military Investigative Judge Fadi Sawwan Thursday charged three Syrians of belonging to ISIS and attacking the Lebanese Army.

Khaled Mohammad Abu Saad was charged in absentia with belonging to ISIS, attacking the Army, attempted murder of soldiers and burning military posts in the northeastern border town of Arsal.

An arrest warrant was issued against him.

Ahmed Hussein al-Omar was charged with belonging to ISIS and attacking army posts and troops in Arsal.

The third, Mohammad Kamel Abdul Aziz Rouq, was also charged with joining ISIS on the outskirts of Arsal and the possession of arms and explosives.
